Create a UPS Return Label

The form below can be used to return items back to Footwear etc.

IMPORTANT: There is a flat fee for using our UPS Return Label. $9.95 for Footwear etc. Rewards members. $12.95 for non-members.
If you choose to use our return label, the fee will be deducted from your refund.

• If you purchased via Amazon, please generate your return label directly from Amazon. This page is only for orders placed directly with Footwear etc.
• You are always welcome to purchase your own shipping label and send your return to Footwear etc. Returns, 1435 Koll Circle, Ste. 111, San Jose, CA 95112.
• Please complete all fields below and then press the “Get my UPS Return Label” button.
• Print and affix the UPS Return Label to the package.
• Make sure any old shipping labels are completely covered up.
• Exchanges can be done at any of our store locations or via mail. When exchanging in-store, you will save on return shipping fees! (Please note that inventory varies by store.) You can also exchange by way of returning your unwanted item(s) and placing a new order online or by phone. In either case, after you have placed your new order, simply send the item(s) you don't want back to us for a refund.
• Important note: If you are returning a pair of shoes, please do not use the shoe box as your primary shipping box. Affixing tape, postage, or an address label to the shoe box will result in a minimum $10 re-boxing fee per item.
